Question 1

Are you RGII registered and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Freeman Plumbing Services is fully RGII-registered and carries €6.5M public liability insurance. Every gas job is certified to Irish IS 813 standards on completion.

Question 2

Do you offer 24-hour or emergency call-outs?

Accepted Answer

No — we do not offer 24-hour or emergency call-outs. Instead we run a planned, booked service: most jobs are attended within 24–48 hours with a fixed 2-hour arrival window and an SMS or call from the engineer when they're on the way.

Question 3

Do you offer boiler finance or monthly payment plans?

Accepted Answer

No — we do not offer finance. Our pricing is fully transparent and fixed: what we quote in writing is what you pay, with no interest, no admin fees and no upsells.

Question 4

How quickly can you install a new boiler in Naas or Kildare?

Accepted Answer

Most A-rated boiler replacements are completed within 24–48 hours of accepting the quote, including full RGII certification and warranty registration.

Question 5

Do you have any gas boiler deals or offers on at the moment?

Accepted Answer

We run new boiler deals and gas boiler offers throughout the year on Worcester Bosch and Ideal A-rated boilers. Every package includes the boiler, removal of the old boiler, flue, magnetic system filter, IS 813 commissioning cert and full clean-up. Call or send an enquiry for a free written quote.

Question 6

How much does a new boiler cost?

Accepted Answer

Every home is different, so we don't publish a single figure. After a free survey you get a fixed written quote covering the A-rated boiler, removal of the old boiler, flue, magnetic system filter, IS 813 commissioning cert and full clean-up.

Question 7

What warranty do I get?

Accepted Answer

Every install comes with a 12-month Freeman workmanship guarantee plus the manufacturer warranty — up to 10 years on Worcester Bosch and Ideal when registered on install.

Question 8

How long does a boiler install take?

Accepted Answer

A straightforward like-for-like replacement is usually a single day (Day 1 fit, Day 2 handover). System conversions or relocations can take 1–2 extra days — confirmed in writing at the free survey.

Question 9

What towns do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Naas, Newbridge, Sallins, Clane, Kill, Kildare Town, Kilcullen, Straffan, Ballymore Eustace, Blessington, Lacken, Valleymount, Hollywood and the wider Kildare area.

Question 10

Do I really need an annual boiler service?

Accepted Answer

Yes — annual servicing keeps your boiler safe, protects the manufacturer warranty, and typically lowers heating bills. A service usually takes under an hour.

Question 11

What is a powerflush and do I need one?

Accepted Answer

A powerflush is a deep clean of your central heating to remove sludge. If radiators are cold at the bottom or your boiler is noisy, a powerflush restores efficiency and protects your boiler.

Question 12

Do you offer cheap boilers?

Accepted Answer

We offer affordable boilers to suit a range of budgets. Rather than supplying low-quality products, we install trusted, energy-efficient boilers at competitive prices, making us a great choice for homeowners looking for cheap boilers without sacrificing quality.
