Do you offer emergency call-outs?+
We work Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 and do not offer a 24-hour emergency service, but we prioritise no-heat and no-hot-water calls.
Is there a call-out charge?+
There is a diagnostic and investigation fee, confirmed before we attend, which covers finding the fault and quoting the repair.
What if the boiler isn't worth repairing?+
