This policy explains what personal information Freeman Plumbing Services collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you complete an enquiry or booking form we collect the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address and a description of the work you need, along with any photos you choose to upload. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the work, issue paperwork and certification, and keep a record of jobs completed. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is needed to deliver the service — for example our online booking provider, our email provider, or a manufacturer when registering a warranty in your name. Those providers process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to manage the job and meet our legal and warranty obligations, and are then deleted.

This site uses cookies only where needed to make pages work correctly and, where enabled, to measure how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
